Nothing on this Site should be interpreted as a Shariah ruling (fatwa). For specific Shariah enquiries regarding IDIB's products and structures, please contact shariah@idib.af.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Afghanistan.

IDIB is regulated by Da Afghanistan Bank (DAB) and operates in compliance with all applicable Afghan banking laws, regulations, and directives. Where applicable, IDIB also adheres to international standards set by the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) and Islamic financial regulatory bodies.

10. Amendments to These Terms

IDIB reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. You are expected to review this page periodically to ensure you are familiar with the current version. The date of the most recent revision will appear at the top of this page.
